Taking 187.5 keys for this, plus the one odd key gives us 188.5 keys.

Even though listings are recent, seller at 140 is a necessary low-end cap while we wait out a sale at this value (or lower, given the 10 key price drop between the first iteration of this suggestion and this one).
One sale in-date at 188.5 keys, rounding this up to 189 keys for rules, and then to 190 keys for guidelines for the high end, and taking the unsold at 140 keys as a low-end cap while waiting out a sale to solidify the range.
