I mean the seller has a pretty valuable inventory. He probably was aware that this could be worth a lot more but decided it isn’t worth waiting awhile to fetch a higher price (also the improbable but not impossible chance that another one gets unboxed).

Oh it's for sure not that bad, I'm sure he got offers in the 200k~ shark range half a dozen times before settling on that price. He was wearing it around TGP so people were very aware of it. As for staying 1:1, at least it's not the Legendary Lid same effect in a row unbox!
