So confused....

These two sales are way too discrepant to price this. It would be better to leave this outdated.

I assume there's items missing on sale #2. I'll follow up with the sellers/buyers because I believe sale #2 is more of an untrace than a low deal.

I think its more likely that sale 1 is too high. Based on the traders involved and the BO on that baker I think sale 2 is correct, or at least not 300 keys off.

I spoke with Oli, he said they valued the baker boy at 500.

that makes sense given that that was their BO for it. How much of an outlier this sale would be there properly shows that this is going to be too high here - even going by just the 350 pure sale would nake the baker - guad sale 200 keys lower here. So with what we have here, this should not be updated.
