1, unfortunately that's not how steam works. They unfortunately don't make trade history public on their end via link snapshots. Clicking your link just leads back to my own trade history.
2, you can't add a range on a suggestion based on 1 trade. You're going to have to credit every single trade for this unusual to warrant a range (also knowing this unusual, there's definitely more that exist so you may need assistance with tracking down any other recent sales).
And lastly, your unusuals included in the trade will need minis, mainly if they are out of date, to help determine their true current value to help credit the value for this item.

hi i appreciate your response and advice! I tried to mimic other price suggestions i saw in my comment but i failed to notice other comments expanded to include way more data than just 1 trade.
How would you advise i most accurately track down other recent sales since the current price suggestion on this hat is a year old?
According to the help page for suggestions "an unusual or collector item with one sale in two or three months, it may be appropriate to price the item using a single sale that happened a month ago"
