Sale 1 isn't what bulk means. Bulk implies that the hat being suggested was less than 50% of the value of the trade in question, sale 1 would be the tyrants indate at 975 + antifreeze kabuto which was suggested at 660 here (https://backpack.tf/suggestion/68e54f898c646d5b9409d712), some proposed sales in comments at 800 or so. Even taking the kabuto at 800, that is 800 + 975 + 100 = 1875. A range of 1875-3500 is too wide, especially when the 3500 sale was buyout capped, this needs closed
