Rounding is not mandatory (it never has been, really). But when sales aren't rounded you expose yourself to the possiblity of having to resuggest if you got the value wrong by 1 or 2 keys.
890 / 1.9 = 468.42 Keys. This suggestion is fine as it is. But as an example, if he had gotten this wrong and the sale actually came up to 467 or 469 Keys instead (something that could've been avoided by suggesting at 470), this would've been closed.
