    If he's banned on-site then the sale is not usable. We haven't made an official announcement on how sales involving steamrep-marked scammers are going to be handled yet, but scammers banned on backpack.tf will still not be usable for sales.

      Interesting. I've seen before that it is "not marked at time of trade" is fine, so I wonder if that rule is changing.
