2000 sale excluded - mod approval

For context: the Head Prize - Lid sale is being excluded because regardless of where it's used, the other sales on each hat would create a scenario where the buyer resold each hat for far less than they paid. We (the price moderators) discussed this and felt it'd be better to give this a price than leave it unpriced, and a range of 1250-2000 is countered by the old, active seller at $3500.
