Sales at 40k and 75k, lower sale has been below buyers, time was given in case an adjustment was needed or one of the higher listings sold, but neither has happened. Removing the lower sale as it's below buyers at 65 (and worth noting from snapshots bot buyers also fluctuated in the 63-66k range), and given the unsold at 120, 75 as a single value is fine here.
