The Banned user here is marked as an alt of an account that was marked by Steamrep not just trading with scammers

SR are no longer treated as scammers? There seem to be many suggestions created by SR-tagged users nowadays. Weird how SR users can freely post listings and buy premium, but their alts can't.

For the record, this sale is going to be usable. We discussed this internally and while it is very odd that they haven't appealed their ban even after having their steamrep mark removed (this isn't even a legacy SR tag, they were banned years ago for being marked and were no longer marked by the time SR sunset), there's nothing wrong with using this sale.
