Did you ever give back the australiums that were used as placeholders? You will need to provide a screenshot of that as well.

Yes in the first screenshots it’s them receiving their australiums back when I get the first payment of 100 keys

Yes, that is what the first screenshot shows. There is a + sign next to the two australiums, which means I received them back after starting the payments.
