The 50 Key sale would've only been 49 Keys at the time. The Snapshots price is only accurate in Refined with the proper Key conversion rate being what Keys were priced at at the time. 50.48 would be using the Key price from when you took the screenshot, not from the sale date since Keys were repriced a week after.
Both of those sales are buy order sales, and the one that was listed on STN sold, but that sale isn't traceable. With buy orders being several Keys above 49, it'd be better to wait for more traceable sales to occur before updating this.
