This is a spelled item and technically can't be used to price the hat but 2 reasons makes me feel this should be a slight exception

1. spelled with VFB which historically has not commanded a noticeable premium on hightier items like this, or if it does, the valuation is negligible

2. realistically the nonspelled value of this item is much closer to 1528k than 390k.

I'm taking 1528 rounding to 1550 in the case minis fall through or need resuggested, very messy item sale
