I re-uploaded the suggestion because someone made a comment that the warpaint itself sells for 13 as the lowest offer, but buy orders are currently for 10 keys, and marketplace listings ate 29.99, this items sold on marketplace for 27.99. I am going to ignore the fact this is called a outlier because its in range with between the highest offer for the warpaint itself being 29.99
