After 2 years I updated my Pyro loadout with this hat, so I'm not planning to resell in the near future.
I can't track more existances of this unusual with the Premium Search function so I'll try to value it with my purchase since it's the only sale because the previous owner was the one who unboxed it. You can check the item's history and this screenshot as proof.
I paid an Aces High Burning Question + Strange Festivized Professional Killstreak Medi Gun
(Fire Horns + Villainous Violet) + ~9 keys in sweets (Unique Head of the Dead, Strange Festivized Killstreak Quick-Fix, Taunt: Texan Trickshot) for the Sandy Flame Warrior. You can compare my inventory to validate the items, I also uploaded some pics on Imgur as proof.
I know the Aces High Burning Question price is outdated, so I'll value it as if were to quicksell it from the buying listings, which is ~31 keys. Since the listings may change in the future I also took a screenshot of today's price.
I'll use the same logic as before to value the Medi Gun, if I were to quicksell it people are buying the Fire Horns + Villainous Violet combo for 40 keys (screenshot).
New price suggestion
Aces High Burning Question: 31 keys
Strange Festivized Professional Killstreak Medi Gun (Fire Horns + Villainous Violet): 40 keys
Sweets: 9 keys
31 + 40 + 9 = 80 keys.
The Burning Question sold for $60 (32 Keys) - https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/30987;5;u59

The Medi Gun has a sale at 47 Keys + ~2 Keys of Items / Metal

That'll make this sale 90 Keys.
Many thanks for the info, what should I do with the suggestion? Close it and make it again with a 90 key price (no range)?
Yes, that would work.
