This range can be trimmed down, and in this case it should.

The 43 Key sale sold so fast the stn bot didn't even get traced, which makes me think it's valid enough to call an outlier.

83 doesn't really have a good case to be excluded outside of it's age, but excluding it will make the median closer to this if we use the second lowest sale for the low end.

50-81 will be more appropriate here.
