Your sale is more likely 48 keys 39 ref so can be rounded up to 49 keys.

Sales from MP are older than 3 months so can't be used there.

Even the stn buy order starts at 45 keys. it shouldnt stay 40 keys.

That's true, but like ApothicR said, the Marketplace sales are too old to be considered valid here. Your purchase will round to 49 Keys, so the low end of the suggested range is off, but the other sales need to be looked into to determine what an accurate range should be. If you need help looking into those, feel free to ask, but this suggestion will need to be closed in the meantime.
