No other buyer above 16 or matching 16, and listed for 100 is insane if the only journey on this hat is being sold for 19, and then the owner itself not seeing its value and selling it for ~16...

Sold first for 19 keys and then the item was sold to Komi bot for 16, previously listed at ~44 keys and never paid for in such, now listed at 100 keys its just insane the number after being bought for 16, with no other buy orders matching it and the previous owner pretty much just doing a item trade for it.

I am keeping 16 as the sale for 19 is invalidated because the owner did not value it as such. I waited a couple of days for more movements but for now, nothing.

sale 3 would appear to be a 1:1 with the Eldritch Rift Shred Alert, note that if you paste the ID of the Toxic Swirl hat when the buyer obtained it and paste it into the "Near ID" section of the seller's end, then hit enter, it matches with the Shred Alert

in sale 2, worth noting that you can't take STN's current listing price and assume it's correct for the sale. however, using a tighter compare link from the bot's side, we can see 16 keys matching:
