Very naughty hat deserved it

13 feels low here not only given current buyers (which to be fair isn't hard proof to exclude a sale alone, buyers at the time are more relevant), but also given the fact that the 15 Key sale was done through an auction that only lasted for 6 hours. Given it was STN selling this hat, I also have a feeling that the sale is likely incomplete, further emphasizing the idea that 13 is an outlier.

15 flat will be better here.
