i don't really see a strong reason to exclude 76 here as it's not that far away from 71 and nothing is countering it
Several months unsold at 77.51 which is close to it. The 76 key sale was mp.tf which is typically inflated due to taxes. 3+ lower pure sales in a consistent tighter range. I can resuggest at 69-76 if you want, but I do think there is good reason to ignore the 76 key sale
a higher seller at 77.51 does not counter a lower sale of 76
