I'm not a big fan of the Executioner here as I mentioned in its suggestion, which means the only alternative for the purposes of a mini is to take 350-380 using the sellers as the low end and the sale as the high end, meaning that this would come up to 555 Keys. Normally, I'd just say that this should be left unpriced since the Executioner mini is very flimsy and likely largely inaccurate, but I do have a compromise.

The Private Eye sale isn't bulk, technically speaking. As I mentioned in the suggestion here: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/694baf194980d179df0f7081 This sale can reasonably be used here. Assuming that the Private Eye gets suggested at 435-685, this would make this sale word as the following:

It's not the most ideal solution, but the alternative here I think would be to leave this outdated altogether. This should be resuggested using the Private Eye sale as the low end.
