Thanks for the very extensive sell list, Should I delete my price suggestion and you make new one? As the price clearly higher due to the sales u list.

Yeah I would include the marketplace sale and round that to 1100 and for the key sale put it at 1275.

So the range would be 1100 - 1275. Also include sale one to show that you have checked the other movements and the other history showing you have checked that one also
