That will not cap at 20; while I couldn't find many phlog kits with this exact combination, it is extremely unlikely that it would be over triple the baseline value for it, and double the value of other team shines.

I sold the ks kit for 16k 5 ref, plus got the key so it's "value" of worth is at least 17k.
