On next it shows that he has only had it listed at 280 for 10 days (from the 3rd of jan)
He had it listed at 300 at least from the 21st of Dec

Which would be 14.3~% off that means, but now is 20%. Either way this will likely stand for 2-3 weeks open and in how b/o drops normally work, if the user is unable to sell for considerable time within the above 15% off range its acceptable to b/o drop the item.
