Generally, it is against the rule to cherrypick sales. At this point, let's wait and allow the moderators give their input on this.
Yes, as said, that is cherrypicking sales. It is also common sense, since it is clear from the comments that the sale is going to deviate from yours, meaning this flat value is not accurate. Whatever reason you had for trying to avoid having to use that sale, this is not how this works.
