Classifieds buyers are at 28 Keys for any effect currently, SCM sales are even higher.

Looking at the untraceable sale, it's very likely that it sold for 45 Keys. I can't fully confirm this however, so that sale isn't usable unless we can get confirmation from either the buyer or the seller.

If confirmation can't be found for the untraceable sale which I'm relatively confident is higher than 28, then this is best left unpriced for the time being.
