Multiple sales through gladiator greatly support taking 16k for the lower end of this range despite buyers. 20.65k excluded as an outlier due to multiple unsolds; 20k unsold for 1 month, and several cheaper unsolds (albeit shorter times). Taking 16k for the low end and 17k for the high end.
