I had sold this in the past six months for 30K as well, but I am not sure if sales older than 3 months are relevant.
Anything older than 3 months can't be used.
40k sale would be excluded since we have an unsold at 34k (albeit recent), and the 40k listing you have up hasn't sold in a month. 40k could be included if there were multiple sales at 34k+, which there are not (in the last 3 months).
Bot dump would be used to lower, and seeing as we'd have to exclude the 40k sale due to unsolds, excluding the 20k sale would also be helpful to maintain a value closer to the middle. The sale for 23.5k is already covered in Item 1, Sale 2, so I'm not sure why you posted it again here, but the screenshot is still helpful regardless.
Not sure what else you could thing is wrong here, I appreciate the information on those two untrace sales, but neither can fit in these ranges due to current market buyers/sellers.
Wrong item in stn you got there,
+ 24k is nowhere near middle buddy.
Speaking of mine that's currently for sale, I was offered 32k in items B/o.
If suggestions were accurate I'd suggest 28-34 but that isn't the case.
Unfortunately we can only use actual sales for suggestions, and offers don't constitute those. By all means, if you get a sale at 32k then feel free to post it here and I can resubmit at 24-32 or something similar, otherwise there isn't much I can do for you, sorry!
You are right though I clicked the wrong Aurora Spaniel, the issue now is that it actually means the sale at 20k for a dump is valid now, so this could be resuggested at 20-24k instead! I wouldn't do that as it seems unnecessary, and 20k can just support the lower end of sales here, but still.

I would say this is a little too close to sellers, but I think ReXoR's 40k sale can be a supportive of a high end just below unsolds here. Will add this for 24-29.
