19 and 24 are low, it can be argued that 26 is a bit low too but 5 sales at that value plus the significant amount of sales below 30 indicate it should be included in the range. 35 should be included too despite the lower sellers since it's provent o be a common trading point but it can be argued that 40 is an outlier, plus excluding 40 balances out the range slightly.
