Where does 85 come from?

I sold for 75 pure on a quicksale, I personally believe it could do more to the right buyer.

Your range has to be based on actual sales and not what you think it could sell for. Since nothing really proves that 75 is low, this should be resuggested at 75 keys flat since it's the only usable sale
