Based on this marketplace unsold and the two listings both at 2 months unsolds at 475k on Backpack, going to also slightly cut the high end down by omitting our 470k sale. Leaving the 460k sale to be respective of the high end sales, even though it's a bit over that unsold.

Taking 437.17k rounded down to 437k for the low end, and 459.45k rounded down to 459k for our high end, giving us a midpoint at 448k near the middle of median of sales.
