Sales at 421k, 448k, and 500k. 500k is a pretty massive outlier and above multiple unsolds, other sales seem fine though. 421k sale on STN also was not instant, so fair enough to include it since it was not a quick sell. Taking 421k for the low end, and 448k for the high end.
