I don't really agree with Strange Fry's assessment. 8 sales at 0.33 is enough to warrant including it in the range, and a single seller doesn't necessarily counter those sales, even if they have large quantity.

To add, large quantity of sellers is less of an important factor on an item as low value as this, as it's very easy to completely buy them out.

Past 7 days suggest sales at 0.33 still happen regularly, and are as frequent as 0.22:
