I think this weapon needs a small damage buff because it currently gets outperformed by other options in most situations. Increasing its base damage by 10% would make it more viable without making it overpowered.
Without an understatement of those enthralled, you cannot buff the herald's will without the wrath of the opponent. For this reason, I do doubt this is an achievable endeavor in this esoteric enrichment.

Two main problems:
- This isn't what price suggestions are for. You need sales to change an item's value, not just a story of why you thnk Valve needs to change the item in question
