Generally speaking, if the high end is twice as much as the low end, the suggestion most likely shouldn't be made. Exceptions can be made for this sometimes, but 95% of the time it's better to wait for more sales.

With that in mind, the Bulk sale will be what determines the outlier is here. Let's analyze it:

This sale will come up to anywhere between 28-32 Keys depending on the true value of the Gilded Guard.

While it could be argued that 41 resold for less, that tends to be less relevant when the hat is involved in a bulk sale for another hat, that's likely valued much differently. In this case however, it's clear that the Train of Thought was valued at far, far lower than 82 in this trade. 82 will be the outlier here.

The current price is fine for the time being. If this resells, it can be updated with a new sale.
