On marketplace, keys go for $1.87 regularly. So if u wanna take marketplace price, its $2.89/1.87 which gives about 1.5454
Marketplace sales are usually excluded for non-unusuals due to them being way above market value in comparison to classifieds, as well as the volatility with keys leaving their innate value as deterministic. If there's pure key/refined sales available, those should always take priority.
You also didn't provide a marketplace link or explain why the 16 sales at 1.2 Keys should be excluded. As this suggestion stands right now, I see no reason why the range shouldn't be 1.2-1.5 here.
