This one is a bit all over the place. GIven the fact 40 was a buy order dump but there's a seller at 41 I'd use 41-43 as the mini (the closest sale to sellers as the low end and the most common trading point as the high end) which gives a median point of 42. That would make the sale 42+44=86 keys
