29 looks like a low outlier given how buyers are much higher and the fact it was a dump. 54 was a dump too but a sale at 52 also happened, which supports having a lower low end. 120 is definitely an outlier here given how far apart it is from the other sales and the fact that there's MPTF seller for much lower. Keeping 82 in the range since the current MPTF seller is only at around 81 keys since kep prices are slightly higher now than what they were at around the time of the sales. There are also 2 sales at 82 to support having it as the high end.
