326 definitely isn't usable since it resold for less within a day. However including 244 is probably debatable. It did sell rather quickly however in the actual state of things nothing else indicates that it's low. Buyers are currently as low as ~135 keys and the same person who paid 244 keys currently has a buy order for a Strange one at ~135 keys. To me including 244 would make this have a pure data point too and not just price this off of a single MPTF sale when in reality 3 sales happened. In any case, a raise is warranted.
