Since the Casemaker's only other movements are a cash transaction and this, it'd be better used there, although the overall keys here are going to put that at 243.5k~ which are below buyers, and microing the Casemaker (as funny as it would be) would put this sale at about 390k~, which would support Sale 1, but is still an egregious undervaluation of a major component of the trade. Given how unbalanced it could be in either direction, excluding it from the pricing range.
