Plus Keys and Ref are both in date? Plus 1.69 is like 1 cent higher then avg? Should be good? No mini needed? (I'll probably get slaughtered for this)
Also during the negotiation we coin flipped to stop the back and forth of the negotiation. I won it, so there is no "he would of taken less" it caps or whatever. But I'm curious if had he won, and I paid more, would that of effected the suggestion.
Others have not moved in year+ (and this one has not moved for 375 days hehe) so should be good despite the spells. Whatever it beats 590 keys.
