No sales for years — the last suggestion was 5 years ago at 27 keys.

I bought it for Non-Craftable Strange Villain's Veil + 70 keys pure.

The seller originally wanted 100 keys (https://imgur.com/a/JvBxJxL). I negotiated it down to 90 keys, and we agreed to value the Veil at 20 keys to make up the difference (70 + 20 = 90).

Given the outdated suggestion (14.6 keys), the sales (16, 18, 17, 17 keys), and the top buy order (11 keys), I would estimate the Veil at around 17 keys for this mini-suggestion.
