Sale 1 isn't a bulk sale; that'd be if the hat being priced was ~50% or less of the trade's value. Sale 2 similarly isn't, but the Steaming VVF was part of a tradeback, so that can be excluded anyway.

The Space Mann sale for the Planets Noh Mercy should be used there. The Noh's only other sale for 500 Keys would be below the Space Mann's buy orders. The Space Mann sale for the G. Fetti Noh Mercy + Billycock + Nanobalaclava will make the 3rd sale a good amount higher than 740. If it's too high above 740, it'll probably be best to leave this outdated because of the dump off in value from sale 3 to sale 4.
