74 keys + 32.44 refs -> 74.5XXX keys -> 75 keys even if its a dump still same case as Sale 1

It's the one with the 86 keys + 1 scrap, 'CalleMeSane' dumped his Steaming TC to 'josif' and all of the 86 keys have josif just prior to the Sorcerer trade, so this means that CallMeSane spent the keys from the quicksold Steaming TC quicker before their inventory could update.
Even if the 74 keys is a dump and 75 is pretty close to it I will be still including them since there are still two sales in that range and are still more relevant than the current price, not to mention that there is a somewhat fresh of a seller at 82 keys which would fit in this wider range and flat 86 wouldn't work in that case. I'm interested to see what moderators will think about it though
