You should probably include 1.88 ref in the range since sales between 1.88 ref and 2.22 ref are just as common as sales between 2.22 ref and 2.33 ref. 2.44 is fine to exclude since it's a volume outlier (only 1 sale).
I'd resuggest this at 1.88-2.33 ref unless the mods think that the current price is close enough
I would also think so but at the moment everyone has switched from 1.88 to 2.22, and this price also looks nicer
Do remember that for non-unusuals the suggested range should be based on common trading points and not just sales around what the current sellers and buyers are at
