6 seems too low given the numerous buyers above that, whereas with sellers ranging from 8.11-8.33 for the most part the 10-10.11 and 10.22 feel too high.

I can agree with calling 6 an outlier, if for no other reason than it being lacking distance-wise and quantity-wise. The same argument does not work for the high sales, however.
