3.33 and 3.44 seem too low given they'd be lower than the lowest buyers + them not being a common point for low-end whereas there were 10 sales at 4 refs.

I feel your point would be stronger if there was only a single data point for 3.33 distance-wise. The fact that it's supported by the 3.44 sale though does merit inclusion.

Overall, you're putting far, far too much stock in buyers as counter-proof in your suggestions. Sales are far more important.

Resuggest at 3.33-5.66.
