31 Keys were added to the Condor Cap. This suggests that something else was added to the Condor Cap in order to receive the 41 Keys. This sale didn't make much sense to me after taking a closer look either because, why would STN buy for 13 keys over current buy orders, only to list it for a key less than they bought it for?
Essentially, we don't have an usable sale here.
