The value of the BF Pyromancer's Mask seems to be too low from the suggestion. Should be around 1321 keys due to a buy order on mannco being $2521 at the time (keys at $1.82). $2521 / $1.82 * .95 (the 5% fee) = 1321 keys

The bulk deal should surely be considered here... the suggested prices alone of those items (although outdated and definitely being worth more now) in the bulk deal equal a significant amount more than 1660. Downvoted for that reason as well as the BF mancer being very much undervalued here.
