Unfortunately, with only a bulk movement (the above sale) and a confirmed gifting movement, there's no other movements for a Strange High Roller's Medi Gun (Minimal Wear) in Spec KS, and sorting by any Strange High Roller's Medi Gun in MW only gives us a bulk movement of a pro KS one dumped to Wayne here: https://backpack.tf/item/8453910367

I was told by the buyer Lormeet that he had purchased it for 320k, and the previous owner bought it for 300k, but the with the most recent of those movements being at the end of October, that price is OLD!
